  • Always looking in the mirror, evaluating performance, making sure our systems are achieving maximum customer satisfaction
  • Being hyper-vigilant, vigorously analyzing the root causes of any variations in quality and fixing them promptly through our Corrective and Preventative Action program
  • Challenging, training and motivating everyone on our team to take ownership of the work we do
  • Making sure everyone at Coregistics (and we mean everyone) understands our customers’ business goals and embraces the concept that quality issues are everyone’s issues
